· Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
· Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
· Provide technical support to staff and end-users.
· Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
· Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
· Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and user guides.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
· Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs.
- Requirements:
· _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· -2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
· -Hands-on experience with network administration, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
-Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Knowledge of Surveillance Camera Systems
· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Certifications (optional but preferred):
· CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or similar.
· Microsoft certified IT Professional (MCITP
