Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team at Dandy Mega Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the mall’s IT infrastructure, supporting key business applications, and ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems. You will work closely with various departments to identify IT needs and provide effective solutions
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
Manage network configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide senior-level technical support for both hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes and systems.
Ensure IT security protocols are followed to protect systems and data.
Prepare reports and documentation for IT projects and system performance.
Train and mentor junior IT staff members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, hardware, and network management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage IT projects effectively
