Experience : 1 Year .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Assist in the administration of Windows Server and Active Directory environments, including user account management and system updates.
Support virtualization environments using VMware, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Monitor backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor infrastructure systems to maintain optimal operation and address any issues proactively.
Document processes and maintain records of IT support activities.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
Basic knowledge of VMware and virtualization technologies.
Basic knowledge of backup systems and data recovery processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
