Summary:
Sun Pyramids Tours is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel System Administrator to manage the
Hotellogix system across our hotel properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the system, handling configurations and updates, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with the Hotellogix support team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Hotellogix hotel management system for all Sun Pyramids Tours hotels.
- Add or update rooms, rates, and other system data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues after completing full training provided by the system vendor.
- Contact Hotellogix support for major technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide ongoing assistance to hotel staff regarding system usage.
- Ensure system efficiency and accuracy across all properties.
- Report progress and issues to the Technology & IT department.
Requirements:
- Strong general IT knowledge and quick learning ability.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and technology fundamentals.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Prior experience in the hotel or tourism industry is a plus.
