We’re looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Agents to help us connect with more families, schools, and organizations across the MENA region.
Your Role
As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for attracting new leads, converting prospects into paying customers, and helping parents choose the right tech journey for their kids. You’ll be the bridge between curious learners and our transformative programs.
Responsibilities
Promote iSkyTech’s coding courses and tech learning tracks to potential customers (mainly parents and schools)
Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups with leads
Close sales through calls, messages, or online meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Educate leads about course structures, pricing, packages, and offers
Provide feedback from the market to help improve products and marketing
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (EdTech, online services, or education preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Arabic & English required)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms
Familiarity with online learning or tech education is a big plus
A passion for helping families access high-quality education
