الغرض من الوظيفة:
- مسؤول عن إعداد ومتابعة جداول الإنتاج لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد مع تحسين استخدام الموارد وتقليل التكاليف والحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد وتحديث جداول الإنتاج بناءً على توقعات المبيعات ومستويات المخزون وطلبات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والمخازن والإنتاج لضمان توافر المواد الخام.
- متابعة تقدم الإنتاج وتعديل الجداول لمعالجة أي تأخير أو طلبات عاجلة.
- تحسين توزيع الموارد (الآلات، الأفراد، المواد) لزيادة الكفاءة.
- تحليل القدرة الإنتاجية والطلب لتجنب الاختناقات وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة خاصة بجداول الإنتاج والقدرة والأداء.
- إعداد تقارير دورية وتقديم توصيات للإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- التعاون مع فريق مراقبة الجودة لضمان توافق الإنتاج مع معايير الشركة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر في التخطيط والجدولة.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة الإمداد أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في تخطيط الإنتاج أو وظائف مشابهة.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات الإنتاج وإدارة سلسلة الإمداد والمخزون.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة تخطيط الموارد (ERP/MRP) مثل SAP أو Oracle أو Odoo.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات بشكل قوي.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- قدرة على التواصل والعمل الجماعي بفعالية.

:Job Purpose
- The Production Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and adjusting production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards
:Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability
- .Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or urgent orders
- .Optimize resource allocation (machines, manpower, materials) to improve efficiency
- .Analyze capacity and demand to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow
- .Maintain accurate records of production planning, capacity, and performance
- .Generate reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
- .Collaborate with quality control to ensure production meets company standard
- .Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling
:Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- two to four years of experience in production planning or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
