:Job Overview
- An experienced and highly skilled 3D Molder specializing in sanitary ware to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and refining molds for high-quality ceramic, porcelain, and other materials used in the production of sanitary products such as toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and other bathroom fixtures.
- Your expertise in 3D molding will ensure precise and efficient manufacturing of sanitary ware that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
:Key Responsibilities
- Operate 3D molding equipment and technologies to create accurate molds and prototypes
- for sanitary ware products.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that digital CAD models are translated into physical molds for production.
- Analyze technical drawings, CAD files, and product specifications to develop molds for sanitary ware items such as toilets, sinks, bidets, and bathtubs.
- Utilize 3D printing, CNC, and traditional molding techniques to create both prototypes and final production molds.
- Select and manage appropriate materials for mold creation, ensuring compatibility with the sanitary ware manufacturing process (e.g., ceramics, porcelains, resins).
- Test molds for durability, functionality, and design accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Monitor production timelines, ensuring molds are created within set deadlines and meet required quality standards.
- Ensure all mold designs meet safety standards, production efficiency, and aesthetic guidelines specific to the sanitary ware industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the molding process, machinery, or materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company health and safety
- regulations.
- Keep detailed records of mold designs, adjustments, and production processes for future
- reference.
