Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Specialist to handle the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT systems and infrastructure at Dandy Mega Mall. The role involves providing technical support to ensure smooth operations and solving any IT-related issues that may arise
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software.
Provide technical support for end-users across various departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain network systems and servers.
Ensure all IT equipment is operating optimally and securely.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
