:Key Responsibilities

•  Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
•  Mentor junior team members and handle escalated support tickets
•  Manage workstation setup, system configurations, and user access
•  Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IT policies
•  Contribute to improving service desk procedures and efficiency

:Requirements

• Strong technical background in IT support and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Kaspersky, and SonicWall
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of ITSM practices and ticketing systems
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL) are an advantage
