:Job Description

• Supervising inventory items movement to ensure the accuracy of its usage & correct recording on systems, coordinating with relevant departments (warehouses/procurement/production/sales/finance).
• Ensuring stock operations are strictly complied with internal control procedures, reporting variances.
• Monitoring production orders quantities & its accuracy on system.
• Monitoring industrial scraps in all manufacturing sections, maintaining its recording & reporting.
• Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
• Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling, & reporting slow moving items.
• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
• Performing regular inventory audits & physical counts according to approved plans.
• Maintaining and updating daily shipment records.
