We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic *IT Manager* to lead our IT department, ensuring the smooth operation and strategic growth of the company’s technology infrastructure. ### *Key Responsibilities:*
#### *Leadership & Strategy:*
- Develop and implement the IT department’s vision, strategies, and goals in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Lead the structuring and optimization of the IT department to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Build and mentor a cohesive, high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
#### *Operations Management:*
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and data.
- Design and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize value and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
#### *Project Management & Innovation:*
- Plan, execute, and successfully deliver IT projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs and propose solutions that drive business growth.

### *Qualifications & Skills:*
#### *Required Experience:*
- *10+ years* of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
