Job Title: Operations Manager

About Elradwa Textile:
Elradwa Textile is a burgeoning ecommerce brand committed to delivering high-quality textile products to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline our operations as we continue to grow and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Process Management: Oversee and improve operations processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards before shipment to customers.
Cost Efficiency: Develop strategies to minimize operational costs while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and grow the operations team to ensure high performance and effective execution of operational strategies.
Vendor Management: Maintain and develop positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and quality of materials.
Technology Integration: Oversee the deployment and utilization of technological tools and software that support inventory and customer relationship management.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on operations metrics, challenges, and progress for senior management review.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the ecommerce sector.
Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software (e.g., ERP and CRM platforms).
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
