ALEXEA is an Endoscopy Association founded in Roushdy - Alexandria, Egypt. Our mission is to assist physicians in providing safe, therapeutic, and economical surgical care to their patients. We offer training courses, workshops, and demonstrations to help physicians master basic and advanced knowledge about Endoscopy in various specialties. Since our foundation in 2005, we have organized several successful training courses, and we are proud to continue expanding the range of specialties we offer.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at ALEXEA in Alexandria, Egypt. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our doctors and employees. This will involve listening, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with computer equipment and related software
- Bachelor's degree
- International IT certifications
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent in Arabic and English
