Job Description
• Preparing presentations that explain the product or service to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and needs and provide the required support.
• Plan, modify and improve the product to meet audience needs.
• Consult with customers and engineers to evaluate and improve the product according to customer needs
• Help customers solve problems with equipment or devices.
• Using his technical skills and knowledge to explain the benefits and features of the product to the target group.
• Arranging operations for delivering orders.
• Maintaining customer records and evaluating their level of satisfaction by obtaining feedback from them.
• Providing technical and technical support to customers.
Prepare periodic reports on sales and costs
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the field of sanitary ware
