Territory Area Manager ( Dental Implants )
Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
identify sales targets to maximize revenue potential and drive market acceptance and growth.
Direct communication with customers for understanding requirements and concerns
Develop, analyze, and prioritize in order to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means
Use functional and technical knowledge of Dental products and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs
Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development
Monitoring and analyzing competitions
Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers and assigned dentists and healthcare providers
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the dental or medical field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Background in sales, marketing, or business development
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage
