We're Hiring: Architect – Dar For Real Estate Company (El Shorouk City)
A well-established real estate company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating closely with our engineering and design departments to bring residential and commercial projects to life.
Job Description:
Create architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects
Prepare technical drawings and detailed plans using AutoCAD
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements
Support 3D modeling and visualization tasks
Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations and quality standards
Location: El Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (is a must)
3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop
Basic knowledge of 3D Max is a plus
Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
Good communication and teamwork skills
