Oversee the maintenance team and their use of HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
Manage and coordinate the upkeep of all HVAC-R systems, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, Split units, Freezing Rooms, Cooling Rooms, Exhaust Fans, Pumps, Valves, and Control and Power circuits.
Supervise maintenance schedules for periodic, preventive, and corrective tasks to keep systems running smoothly.
Ensure spare parts and tools are available for both corrective and preventive maintenance.
Prioritize safety in all maintenance activities and installations, adhering to safety-first principles.
Coordinate and supervise work by contractors or external vendors for upgrades, replacements, and renovations.
Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other regulatory standards.
