·Manage all repair Process with Technician
·Manage Receiving the faulty devices from customer service and check the documents and decide the needed action (repair, reject, DAP)
· Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives
·Contact with Suppliers to solve any technical issue & claims
· Mange Spare parts requests from warehouse
·Document all troubleshooting and a case management actions
