Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Maintain close communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery updates.
Monitor inventory movements and update records in logistics systems.
Support problem resolution for transportation delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Assist the logistics team in process improvements and reporting.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of freight documentation and shipping terms.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ERP experience is an advantage.
