Lead and manage end-to-end execution of B2B and VIP client projects
Act as the primary point of contact for premium accounts, ensuring a tailored and responsive service experience
Coordinate between Deals , suppliers, operations, and delivery teams to align timelines andexpectationsTrack all deliverables, issue resolution, and milestone progress using internal system
Manage client requests for customizations, changes, or expedited handling with discretion and clarity
Ensure contracts, quotations, and delivery plans are fully documented and approved before execution
Supervise site visits, measurement verifications, and post-delivery reviews when needed
Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements for project workflow efficiency
Support the B2B sales team with coordination for promotional bundles or campaigns involving large partners
.familiarity with all varieties of engineering drawings, materials, finishes and furniture
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or account coordination in furniture, interiors, or B2B sales
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing demeanor.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-value client expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with furniture customization, production, or installation logistics is a plu
