Job Description
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations
Follow up on deals and ensure timely closing.
Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales/account management role.
At least 2 years experience in IT industry
Background in IT & software and Eager to learn more and more.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
