- A highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead our finance operations within a dynamic industrial company in Egypt.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, managing weekly and Monthly financial reporting.

:Job Description
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, Fixed assets etc.)
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop internal controls and ensure proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support business operations and growth
• Prepare financial reports for Managing Director to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain and improve accounting SMAC system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across all company functions
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff

:Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum 5–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
