Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of road & bridge construction methods, materials, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software (preferred).
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
Understanding of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in technical office roles experience in road/bridge projects.
Work Environment:
Site -based.
Collaborative team setting with engineering and construction professionals.
