A leading agricultural import and export company based in Smouha, Alexandria is seeking a qualified Female Secretary with experience in the fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables sector to join our team.

Requirements:

Applicants must be from Alexandria city.
Holder of a suitable higher education degree.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, logistics, and international shipping processes.
Knowledge of export operations for agricultural products.
Ability to issue work orders for sorting and packaging stations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) are essential.
Ability to compose, send, and follow up on emails efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities:

Handling administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining files and records.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Providing support to the team and assisting in preparing reports.
Managing communication within the company.
Preparing and handling shipment-related documentation, including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, MRLs, Bills of Lading, and other necessary documents.
Following up with logistics and shipping companies for ocean, air, and land transportation, as well as custom clearance processes.
Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
Issuing work orders for sorting and packaging stations.
Overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of export operations for agricultural products.
Ensuring effective communication and timely email follow-ups.
