We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the Cairo market.
Specific Roles:
* Cemetery Specialist: Expertise in cemetery sales and related regulations.
* 6th of October Specialist: In-depth knowledge of the 6th of October City real estate market.
* New Cairo Specialist: Strong understanding of the New Cairo development and its offerings.
* Obour and El Shorouk Specialist: Expertise in the Obour and El Shorouk cities real estate market.
* New Capital City Specialist: Knowledge of the New Administrative Capital and its investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads.
* Present properties to potential clients.
* Negotiate and close sales.
* Maintain and expand customer relationships.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate sales.
* Strong knowledge of the Cairo real estate market, with specialization in at least one of the mentioned areas.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic.
