Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items from meetings.
Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
