Job Description: Design and organize engaging, theme-based educational resources and activities to support children's learning through play. Ensure resources are sorted, prepared, and aligned with monthly themes. Facilitate teacher training, manage classroom materials, and maintain detailed child profiles. Oversee the creation of colorful, creative learning packs and monitor the effectiveness of classroom and behavior management. Ensure accurate and meaningful communication with parents via the ICARE app.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and organize educational resources and themed activity packs.
Prepare and manage classroom materials and visuals.
Conduct teacher training on play-based learning and classroom management.
Monitor child progress and behavior, and maintain detailed records.
Ensure accurate, engaging updates for parents via the ICARE app.
Requirements:
