We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Executive to join our team. The main role will be to manage and respond to reservation emails for client transfers, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient communication. Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to reservation emails and inquiries related to transfers.
Coordinate with clients to confirm booking details and special requests.
Maintain accurate records of client reservations and communications.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle any changes or cancellations in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in using email and reservation management systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational weekends and shifts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
