Location:** Cairo International Airport
**Position Summary:**
The Meet and Assist Representative serves as the first point of contact for arriving and departing passengers at Cairo Airport. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with their airport experience, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Greeting Passengers:** Welcome passengers upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- **Assistance with Check-In and Boarding:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
- **Navigational Support:** Guide passengers through the airport, including customs, immigration, and security checkpoints.
- **Information Provision:** Offer information about flights, airport facilities, and other relevant services.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address any issues or concerns that passengers may have, acting as a point of contact for assistance.
- **Coordination with Airlines:** Liaise with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
- **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, ensuring passenger safety and wellbeing.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English is a must; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
