Job Vacancy: Kitchen Manager We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager with a solid background in managing Arabic cuisine kitchens and a strong engineering sense. The ideal candidate will be skilled in innovation and bringing creative ideas to our kitchen. Requirements: Proven experience in kitchen management, especially in Arabic cuisine. Strong knowledge of kitchen engineering and operations. Excellent innovation skills, with a passion for creating new dishes and improving kitchen processes. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation and service. Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training. Maintain equipment and ensure the kitchen is functioning efficiently. Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.
