Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS/NextJS) to join our dynamic technology team. As a Senior Frontend Developer at Beshaysteel, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to shaping our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of frontend solutions using ReactJS and NextJS, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences.
· Translate complex business and user requirements into innovative, functional, and visually appealing web applications.
· Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend codebases, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
· Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives.
· Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high-quality coding standards within the team.
· Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
· Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
· Integrate APIs and external services, ensuring smooth data flow and robust application architecture.
· Champion the adoption of new technologies and stay abreast of the latest industry trends in frontend development and digital product design.
· Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot bugs, and proactively enhance system security and performance.
· Document development processes, architectural decisions, and technical specifications for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
· Contribute to Agile development practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong emphasis on ReactJS and NextJS.
· Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
· Extensive experience building large-scale, production-grade web applications with ReactJS and NextJS frameworks.
· Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
· Solid understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) using NextJS.
· Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern data-fetching patterns.
· Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
· Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
· Demonstrated experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
· Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in the manufacturing or industrial sector, especially within large organizations.
· Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
· Familiarity with UI component libraries such as Material-UI (MUI), Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
· Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
· Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal coding portfolio.
· Understanding of internationalization and localization of web applications.
