:Job Description

• Join Ghurfa, an online furniture brand, as an E-commerce Assistant to support daily operations, including customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• You will work closely with the founder, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

:Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, coordinating shipping effectively.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Update and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia, ensuring accuracy and appeal (this is a key responsibility).
• Post engaging content on social media and interact with followers.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and basic accounting duties.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of social media and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
