Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
· Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
· Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
· Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
· Assist with personal errands, such as handling bills, and other tasks as needed.
· Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
· Provide event planning and coordination support for both personal and professional events.
· Perform other duties as required to support daily operations, both onsite and virtually.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in business administration or related field (Students are welcome to apply).
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
· Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
