Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for creating, closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator. Applicant must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
. Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Maintain healthy and productive relationship with clients through regular visits to clients and being liaison between company and clients.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Keep and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle customers complains and working on solving it through applying company policies to preserve company’s reputation.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and wholesale, preferable in the same field
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Must have a car.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Working hours 9 AM to 5 PM Friday off.
Basic Salary + Commission + Transportation + Mobile Allowance + Social Insurance.
