:About the Role
- A highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our purchasing department, helping us maintain strong supplier relationships, manage inventory effectively, and coordinate with customs and clearance operations.
:Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards-
- Manage interactions with customs brokers and oversee clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with- import/export regulations
- Handle MTS transactions and facilitate efficient processing of required documentation for custom
- Maintain accurate records of orders, prices, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for products and services
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill their procurement needs and adhere to budget constraints
:Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with exposure to customs clearance processes
- Proficiency in purchasing software, ERP systems, and knowledge of customs and import/export regulations
