·         Handling inbound tours in Egypt for FITS and groups.

·         Contacting hotels at all touristic cities in Egypt for reservation.

·         Follow up with the itineraries with all the suppliers in Egypt

·         Preparing itineraries, and packages for all markets.

·         Booking all Nile cruise requests.

·         Making all required arrangements for the touristic file (accommodation, Nile cruises, transportation, tours and activities inside Egypt.)

·         Negotiate rates with hotels and Nile cruises

·         issue invoices and follow up credit,

·         Shoot troubles and handle complaints

·         Collect customer feedback, evaluate, and report,

·         Able to deal with the last minute requests.

·         Having the spirit to work in a team.
