:Part of the duties/responsibilities
-Review tender documents to ensure alignment with the scope of work.
-Issue RFPs/RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers for required materials.
-Follow up with subcontractors/suppliers to collect quotations and offers.
-Evaluate and compare vendors' offers, both technically and financially.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses for the project's bill of quantities.
-Prepare cost estimates and analyses for purchased items.
-Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to confirm compliance with technical specifications and achieve the most competitive pricing.
-Issue purchase orders and/or contracts upon receiving technical and financial approvals from the direct manager.
-Monitor and follow up on order deliveries with suppliers/subcontractors.
-Ensure timely material delivery with the site team.
