Construction Company Located in New Cairo Looking for: -

Senior Construction Accountant
Main Tasks: -
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation.
Performing day-to-day cost transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording.
Review Contractors contract.
Review and record Contractors Invoices “MOSTAKHLASAT”.
Review and record suppliers’ invoices.
Review and record Petty cash of projects and company.
Audit payments requests.
Follow up electronic invoices.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Prepare analysis of accounts payable (Contractors – Suppliers).
Prepare projects cost analysis.
Inventory control follow and setup.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Correspond with vendors, contractors and respond to inquiries.
Produce monthly projects reports.
Assist with month end closing.
Assist in projects budgets.
Prepare and submitted related tax forms.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university.
Postgraduate or Professional certificate is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
More than 6 years of experiences in accounting.
More than 4 years of experiences in construction sector is MUST.
Cairo residence is a MUST, Prefer New Cairo residence or surrounding areas
Skills:
Mathematical and accounting skills. Fluent in Microsoft Office specially "Excel “. Teamwork player. Active. Attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
