The ideal candidate will be an Omani national who can effectively manage HR functions and ensure compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews • Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and visa regulations. • Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • In-depth knowledge of Omani labor laws and visa processes. • Proven experience in human resources management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
