:Key Responsibilities
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to upper management
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management within the food industry (minimum 4 years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
