:Key Responsibilities
Collect data on consumers, competitors and the market place-
Define appropriate research methodology for potential projects, select appropriate data sources-
Generate accurate & precise data for potential clients-
Build and manage a pipeline of leads by making cold calls and following up with potential clients-
Understand client needs during calls, suggest suitable products, or arrange meetings for more-
detailed discussions
Help achieve sales targets by closing deals over the phone or setting appointments for the sales-
team
.Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up-
.Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively-
.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales progress using CRM systems-
:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree -
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and in person-
Strong problem-solving abilities focused on client satisfaction-
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel-
Good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills-
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments-
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus-
