Golden seven is currently Hiring a purchasing specialist:

Responsibilities:
-Source and procure required products from warehouses based on organizational needs
-Ensure timely delivery of purchased items from the warehouses
-Maintain effective communication with warehouse staff to coordinate and track orders
-Conduct market research and perform price comparisons to identify cost-effective purchasing options
-Maintain a database of pricing information and vendor catalogs for reference
-Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and confirm purchase requirements
-Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing
-Monitor vendor performance, including delivery reliability and product quality, and address any issues that arise
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase transactions, POs, and other relevant documentation
-Assist in the preparation of reports, metrics, and analysis related to purchasing activities
-Collaborate with various departments such as finance, and business, to ensure alignment in procurement activities
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Proven track record in the field of Purchasing.
-background in the Agriculture industry is preferred.
-Proficiency in English (Good level).
-Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
-Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Ability to effectively establish rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Working Setup:
Work schedule: 5 working days per week with Fridays and Saturday off
Morning shift: 9:00 pm to 5:00 am
Work Location: 6th of October
