This role requires proficiency in English, excellent computer and internet skills, and the ability to communicate effectively via various online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing translation projects, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth workflow between team members, and maintaining high translation quality standards. This position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from both office and home environments, including night shifts from home.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Coordinate translation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project requirements, providing updates, and addressing inquiries promptly.
3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including services and communication provided by translators and editors, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
5. Computer Skills: Utilize computer software and internet platforms proficiently, including MS Word, email, and social media channels, to facilitate communication and project management. This position will also include learning and working in translation management systems such as Trados and design systems such as InDesign.
6. Hybrid Work Model: Work with flexibility in both office and home environments, adapting to the needs of the team and project requirements.
7. Shift Flexibility: Be available for morning and night shifts as required, with night shifts exclusively from home.

Education and Experience:
