Job Description:
• Oversee all legal and administrative affairs within the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Manage contract renewals for all vendors, ensuring contracts are properly reviewed, updated, and renewed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and agreements, both hard copies and within the company software.
• Ensure all contracts are properly executed and adhered to by all parties involved.
• Handle the renewal process for company CR (Commercial Registration) and other necessary licenses and permits.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure timely renewal of company CR and other legal documents.
• Review and negotiate rental agreements and other leases for company premises and facilities.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all legal and administrative documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to internal departments on legal and administrative matters.
• Monitor changes in regulations and laws relevant to the company's operations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external parties on legal and administrative matters.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal and administrative information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company.
