Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Minimum 2 year’s experience in customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Very good verbal and written English.
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries through emails and online messaging systems.
Providing excellent customer service to our clients when addressing their concerns.
Increasing positive feedback across all portals.
