12 Make a checklist of the PO receipt dates from each supplier, review it daily, and contact the supplier to confirm the receipt dates.
13 Create a payment due date sheet for suppliers on the specified dates and send it daily to the accounts and administration manager.
15 Create a code sheet that includes customer codes, company codes, and coding new products in agreement with management.
