Company is looking for a highly skilled Order Fulfillment & Operations Assistant
Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Packaging
Prepare and package customer orders with care and attention to deta
Ensure all packaging materials are stocked and available
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Track and manage office supplies and inventory using Microsoft Excel & Word
Coordinate with shipping partners to track deliveries and handle returns
Follow up on the destruction process for defective or unsellable products
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
Experience in Order Preparation & Fulfillment & Packaging and shipping processes
