Company is looking for a highly skilled : (( E-commerce Warehouse Manager ))
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, seamless order preparation and packaging, and effective collaboration with the e-commerce team to achieve business objectives
Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy using ERP systems and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
Oversee and improve order preparation, packaging, and ordering processes to ensure timely and high quality delivery
Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure product availability and accurate inventory updates
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce waste
Create and analyze periodic reports on inventory levels, product movement, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all warehouse activities
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
Experience in Order Preparation & Fulfillment & Packaging and shipping processes
Hands-on experience in ERP systems for inventory management and data analysis
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
