We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, providing support to the accountant with basic computer tasks, preparing beverages for guests, and assisting with rent follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises on a daily basis. Prepare and serve beverages, such as tea or coffee, for guests and staff members. Assist the accountant with basic computer tasks, such as data entry or file organization. Follow up on rent payments and assist in coordinating related documentation. Perform other general office support tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
