We’re seeking an experienced IT Director who has the technological skills to make us even more efficient.
This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training.
The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience as a director, and advanced Software industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge.
The IT director will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

:Responsibilities

Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions
Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Define short- and long-term IT strategies for each market in close alignment with company business plans.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

:Job Requirements

7 - 10 or more years of experience in IT management
Deep knowledge of: “Certification is Preferred”
Database SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, Sybase.
Programming languages C, C++, C#, VB.Net, Payton, DevOps Engineer, oodo.
Operating systems (ex: Microsoft Server & Exchange, TMG, Microsoft Dynamics), current equipment and technologies, Hyper V, ESXI, Directory Service: Active Directory- DNS- WSUS- SCCM- GPO- FTP- WDS, Enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
Cloud Computing Azure, AWS, etc.
FortiGATE, Fortinet FortiClient, CCNA, CCNP, VPN SSL - LDAP authentication, VLANS - Port mapping, Sophos.
NVR: Configure recording to NAS in RAID 5.
VoIP: Cisco ip phone, Avaya IP Office: IVR - Call recording - new Ext - Call forwarding.
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
Design and implement DMZ/LAN/WAN infrastructure of the Data Center.
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Must have deep knowledge of ERP, e-commerce systems and Software Solution.
Strong creative and analytical thinking
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Professional certification in related field
